We use USPS to ship all orders/packages. Our goal is to ship within 2 business days from the time the order is received, however, you may experience a small delay when order quantities are higher than normal (promotions, sales, new product release, etc.) or until payment has processed.

All USA orders over $50 ship free (Some Exclusions Apply) US addresses only, free shipping based on total after any discounts. PLEASE NOTE: Free shipping will always be disabled if there is a current discount code or promotion in place. Need a discount code? Canada & Mexico orders ship for $12. This includes USA shipping and handling. **
We ship to all other countries for $17. This includes USA shipping and handling.**
**There is a possibility there could be extra handling/duty/taxes added at the time of delivery. These charges are out of our control & knowledge and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Changes and Cancellations
We work to ship orders as quickly as possible, we are not able to make any changes to an order once it is placed. We are not able to add or remove items, or exchange items within an order. We are also not able to cancel orders.
The Rabbit Hole Designs, LLC. cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses used when placing your order. Our system automatically sends to the address which is confirmed during checkout. We are happy to reship the order if the order is returned to us --- additional shipping charges that are required as a result of an incorrect address will be billed as a separate transaction. Failure to provide a correct shipping address can and will delay your order. You will be contacted via the email you provide on checkout of any such delay.
The Rabbit Hole Designs, LLC. uses USPS to ship all packages worldwide and is not responsible for any orders/packages that are lost or damaged once the package(s) has left our warehouse. The Rabbit Hole Designs, LLC. ships all orders using delivery confirmation and is not responsible for any orders/packages that are missing that show delivery has occurred, with the exception of International Orders. PLEASE NOTE that no tracking is provided for orders shipped outside the U.S. (International Orders), so customer assumes all risk of delivery once a package has left our warehouse. Please be certain that orders are shipped to a secure location where they will not be lost or stolen.
Please watch your tracking confirmation and contact your local carrier for missing packages immediately upon stated delivery.
When an order ships we do our best to advise you via email that your package has shipped. We take extra care to package each order appropriately. All orders are well packed and ship with a packing slip. Our shipping fees include our packaging fees, which includes, but is not limited to, packaging materials such as bubble wrap, packing paper, and single or double ply boxes. If your product arrives damaged by the carrier, please inform the carrier of damage at the time of delivery.
Returns and Exchange Policy
We are happy to accept returns and exchanges of unused/unopened or defective merchandise, except those items purchased in the CLEARANCE section. All sales on CLEARANCE items are final and these items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned merchandise must be in unused condition and in its original packaging. If, after the initial inspection, any product is damaged or defective in any way, you may return it in unused condition, in original packaging within 7 days for an exchange or full credit. NOTE: Items returned after 7 days of receipt to customer are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The Rabbit Hole Designs will not accept requests for returns or replacement for any item past 30 days of receipt to customer.
All shipping charges for returns shall be the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of defective or incorrect merchandise. Refunds for returned items are issued within 7 business days of our receipt of the returned product.
The Rabbit Hole Designs, LLC. will only return and exchange merchandise that was purchased through us.
